Items are shipped as soon as possible once all required laser engraving has been completed. TSL will only ship out items that meet our high quality standards.

Customers will receive a tracking number once items have been handed to our courier.

Natural slate is susceptible to oily items like dirty hands and some foods. Light marks can typically be cleaned with warm water.

Timber is durable and will only need wiping down with a lightly damp cloth after use.
